After New Strip Club Shooting Allegations Surface - Apparently,
Adam "Don't Call Me Pacman" Jones was involved in ANOTHER
shooting in 2007. No, not that one. Not that one either. The other one, in
Atlanta at a strip club.
BADJOCKS VIDEO GAME BONUS: But hey, why doesn't the NFL turn this
negative into a positive and release a video game based on Mr. Jones wacky
misadventures? The could call it PacMan Jones "Strip Club
Shootout". In it, you get to be Jones, or a member of his entourage,
and select a weapon of your choice (handgun, semi-automatic rifle, tank)
and you're dropped down in a city where police are trying to serve you
with felony warrants. The object of the game is to elude them and run past
strip joints WITHOUT discharging your weapons. (Which is, admittedly,
difficult for Jones and his pals) The person with the most ammunition left

- Yes, that's about the extent of the report, although it does seem odd
that one coach would be pulled over for drunken driving and his two
passengers (also coaches) would then be charged with public intoxication.
Wasn't the only reason they were out in public drunk was because the cops
pulled them over and made them get out of the car? Seems kinda unfair,
doesn't it? Sorta like when the gym coach makes everyone run laps when one

Panthers Lineman Arrested for . . . Spewing Champaign?
- Say what? At least he NFL is probably happy that Carolina offensive lineman
Jeremy Bridges didn't try to open the bottle with a handgun. According to
reports, Bridges was arrested early Sunday on charges of simple assault and
communicating threats following an incident at a restaurant. Cops say Bridges
ordered a bottle of Dom Perignon and shook it, causing the champagne to spew on
several nearby customers, most of whom had probably not intended to get wet
while dining. JB was asked to leave at that point and did so, but not before a
female patron got into it with him, which is when a bouncer intervened and

of a vandalism spree at the Barrack Golf Course. Now read closely: during the
incident, "golf carts were wrecked and the irrigation system
destroyed." Sounds to me like they broke some water pipes USING the golf

Latest HS Cheerleader Naked Picture Scandal: Parents of
Bothell Teens Say School Took Their Time "Investigating" Naked Pics of
Girls - It's that age old question that cops and school administrators face
a regular basis now: when given copies of naked pictures of underage girls as
evidence of a crime, at what point do you cross the line from intense
investigation to creepy ogling? The parents of a couple teenaged cheerleaders at
Bothell HS in Washington state say the school took their sweet time and are now
suing the district after their daughters were suspended for several naked
pictures that were snapped using a cell phone camera and then
"accidentally" sent to members of the football team. Yeah, right. (Seattle

Volleyball Coach Accused of Sex With Girl, 15, He Trained
- What makes this story interesting is that the married coach was hired by
the family to personally train their daughter. Instead, he allegedly had sex
with her multiple at his home when his wife wasn't home and, when that was
unavailable, in a car at a local park. Things reportedly came to a head when the
coach's wife intercepted a text message from the girl to her husband. The girl
then told her mother who confronted the coach and ordered him to stay away.
Instead, mom caught the daughter walking out of the house and down the street in
the coach's car. Oops. Mom calls coach (while the girl is with him!) and he
denies everything, claiming the teen is making it all up. For some reason, that
upsets the girl who then has her mom driver her to the police station to fill
out statement against her former lover.

Giants: Ba-Bye Plaxico! Don't Let the Door Hit You on the Way Out! -
to no one's surprise the New York football Giants have not only fined, but
also suspended, oft troubled wide receiver Plaxico "Deadeye"
Burress, effectively ending his season. As you probably already know,
Burress shot himself in the thigh at a NYC nightclub last weekend and is
now facing some serious illegal weapons charges. If convicted, he would
face mandatory prison time, making it unlikely he will ever play pro
football again, although he might help the Federal prison team currently
quarterbacked by Michael Vick. (Now, if only a decent running back would
get caught selling some coke.) Meantime, the NY district attorney is also
investigating the hospital that treated Burress, because for some as yet
unknown reason, they failed to follow state laws regarding the MANDATORY
reporting of all gunshot wounds to police. Haven't these ER docs ever
seen a movie or TV show where the hero gets shot and doesn't want to seek

Seriously Wounding His Career - Pro football players getting
in trouble in nightclubs is nothing new. In fact, when we hear they DIDN'T get
into trouble, we sometimes report that because it's so shocking. And, really,
jocks getting shot inside of, or just outside of, bars or strip clubs is also
not that uncommon. But to shoot yourself with an unlicensed weapon and then try
to give a fake name at the hospital? That takes the real genius of New York
Giants receiver (and Super Bowl hero) Plaxico Burress who posted $100,000 bail
on weapons possession charges related to a shooting in the VIP section of the
Latin Quarter nightclub in Manhattan about 1 a.m. Saturday morning. Burress, who
has been suspended by the Giants, could face up to 15 years in prison if
convicted, but he is not due back in court on March 31. The worst part? It is
likely Plaxico won't be able to teach his weekly Firearm Safety Class for
Dummies class in New Jersey (right) this weekend. Maybe next week, Plax? (LA

Suspension for Taking Topless Picture of Herself With Cell Phone - They
claim--I'm not making this up!--that the school is discriminating against their
daughter because boys can take pictures of themselves without their shirts on

Drunk Mother of Three, 38, Arrested for Sex With Complete
Stranger in Men's Room at Metrodome During Iowa/Minnesota Game, Says Incident
"Ruined Her Life" - It was an awkward Thanksgiving in Carroll,
Iowa last week after the Iowa/Minnesota football game. and it wasn't because the
Hawkeyes pounded the Golden Gophers 55-0. Nope, things were likely a bit
"chilly" around the Feldman household after police arrested Lois
Feldman for having sex in a men's room stall at the Minneapolis Metrodome while
dozens of fans cheered. The biggest problem with that? It wasn't with Mr.
Feldman, who was attending the game with his wife. Ouch! Lois was allegedly
spotted by a security guard with Ross Walsh, 26, through a gap in a men’s
restroom stall called campus police.
The responding officer reportedly pushed his way through the now growing--and
cheering--crowd, forced opened the stall door and separated Feldman and Walsh.
According to the police report, both Feldman and Walsh as upset, drunk and
uncooperative. Feldman now says she was drunk after repeatedly having her wine
glass filled before and during the game, but insists that someone must have
"drugged her" for her the behave that way. Since the arrested, Feldman
has also been the victim of prank calls and was fired from her job at an
assisted living home. (Des

which part of that headline is the most troubling: that the Nittany Lion was
arrested for drunk driving, or that he was on scholarship? No report on his
blood alcohol concentration, but likely he would have trouble cracking the Top
20 of the World Famous BadJocks BCS Rankings.
Details of University of Wisconsin Band "Hazing"
Incident Revealed - Remember earlier this fall when Wisconsin suspended
their marching band for alleged "inappropriate activity" on the bus?
We didn't know a lot about what caused that suspension, but some details have
emerged. Among the alleged atrocities:
- Band members included singing a cadence that includes the word vagina,
- Placing a condom on a banana
- A game involving alcohol in which some band members formed a "hamster
cage" for other students using torn up pages of phone books.
- A game which involved a blindfolded freshman male who was told he was to
remove someone's bra and the person turned out to be another male with a stuffed
bra on.
- A boredom-busting activity for bus rides in which some upperclassmen stuck an
apple between their buttocks and dropped it into a hat.

The first one for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old girl, the other one
for not reporting the first guy after he found out about it.
Naughty Bus Driver? Man Arrested for Allegedly Offering HS
Cheerleaders $40 to Lift Their Shirts - It's usually the cheerleaders
who are acting up . . . but this time they, apparently, are the victims.
According to police, William Diamond, 56, of Danvers, MA was driving a busload
of girls from the state cheerleading competition in Lowell when he allegedly
offered them $40 to raise their shirts. Was that wrong of him? Should he have
offered more? Diamond faces three counts of "accosting or annoying the
opposite sex with offensive or disorderly acts or being lewd, wanton and
lascivious in speech or behavior" each count carries a penalty of up to six
months in jail and a fine of not more than $200.(WCVB)

American Cage Fighter, 20, Arrested in Canada for Beating
Up Girlfriend, 37, After She Posted His Bond for His Initial Arrest of Being in
Canada Illegally - Follow that? Neither do we, but then again we're not big
fans of the mixed martial arts competitions. This guy, Ian Edward Heinisch, had apparently
has arrest warrants already out for him in Idaho and Colorado, so he was living
in Vancouver to avoid US Law. Eventually the Canadians found out he was in their
country illegally and arrested them, only to have mother-of-two Daphne Shaw-Dyck
bail him out. And how did he repay her for spending $5000 to get him out of
jail? Allegedly by beating her up, which got him arrested again and likely
deported back to the US to face charges here. Or maybe he could find a polar
bear to the death at the North Pole and save everyone a bunch of money? (Dose.ca)

accused math teacher/volleyball coach in question, Kelly Abdo. This image comes

According to cops, Kelly Abdo was caught having sex in a car with an 18-year-old
male student. According to them, since the boy is over 18, they can't charge her
with the whole underage sex they, but they can hit her with the exposure charge
because two other teens witnessed the alleged lovers having sex. For her part,
Abdo claims she is the victim of a smear campaign by parents who don't want her

Joyriders Cause $10,000 Worth of Damage to Course With
Stolen Golf Carts - No, the didn't end up in the water, but sounds like the
vandals who stole a couple of golf carts from the Palmetto Hall Golf Course had
a fun time: the head greens keeper reported $4,000 worth of damage to the
courses' fairways and greens and an additional $6,000 in damages to the carts,
which had broken axles and cracked front ends and dashboards. (Island

Parents Sue Over Cheerleading Daughter's Nude Photos -
No, they're not suing because someone TOOK naked pictures of their little girls.
No, they're suing the school district for suspending the teens after Bothell
High School found out the pictures were circulating at school. Say what?
Actually, the parents are upset that their as-yet-unnamed daughters were somehow
singled out for punishment and that football players who circulated the pics
were not given similar punishments. Quick note to Mom & Dad: You're NOT
helping. If anyone at Bothell HS didn't know about the pics already, they will
now and my guess is they are still out there somewhere, ready to surface again.

Cheats Death Streaking in Middle of Mud Racing Track - "He was less
than 20m away from being dead," according to Chris Lovewell, President of
Top End Mud Racing Association in Australia. At BadJocks, we frequently
celebrate the antics of streakers at sporting events, but this allegedly drunken
fool decided that he wanted to do jump into a mud puddle in the middle of a
race! Fortunately, track officials were able to wave the racers off before they
ran over the guy (who blends in nicely with the dirt, doesn't he?). He did not
escape unscathed though, as he tried to jump a fence to get away and bashed his
head on a rock. At right, track workers try to drag the semi-conscious Ken

Charges - The Katy, Texas school district has released the following
statement regarding the alleged hazing incident involving cheerleaders at Morton
Ranch High School: “Based on information gathered during the investigation,
the district believes that it took the appropriate steps in reporting this
incident to the Harris County District Attorney’s office, as well as the
suspension of all varsity cheerleading activities at Morton Ranch High school
for the 2008-`09 school year. Whatever legal action that is taken next is in the
hands of the court system.”

Cheerleaders Over Alleged Hazing - Even though we've been covering this one
for a few months, it's still a bit of stunner: seven former members of the
Morton Ranch High School (Texas) cheerleading squad were charged with illegally
hazing new members of the squad. Specifically, they were accused of kidnapping
the JV squad, driving them to a house, blindfolding and duct taping their wrists
and then throwing them like that in a pool. Fun! Unfortunately a grand jury did
not see the whole "team bonding experience" in all of that
and--according to a District Attorney's Office spokesperson--decided that the
hazing charges were "reckless conduct that endangered the mental and
physical health and safety." That doesn't sound good. And yet, the
community around MRHS still seems to think that all of this is just a way for
some of the JV girls to get attention. That doesn't make sense to me, but then
again, I'm not a 15-year-old girl . . . that you know of. Here's a sample of

100s of Soccer Fans Rush Field After
Rough Play During . . . American HS Match? - Soccer much be catching
on in the US if our soccer fans are starting to act more like European
hooligans. This latest incident happened last week during a game between
Framingham and Everett in Massachusetts. A couple of Everett players were
given red cards for rough play, and both of them kicked a ball toward the
stands in disgust. That caused some Everett fans to rush the field, then
some Framingham fans to join them and then the cops decided it was time to
step in. Things were so out of hand that the refs called the Division 1
North quarterfinal match with about 4 minutes left and awarded the win to
Framingham, which was leading 1-0 at the time. (Metro

Gymnastics Coach Accused of Hiding Video Camera in Locker Room - It's been a
while since we had a "hidden camera the girls locker room" story.
Usually, it's high school boys with way to much time on their hands. This time

gymnastics coach Jon Valdez is under investigation after a video camera was
found hidden in a University of Illinois locker room. Valdez recently left the
